We were having our furnace replaced and the HVAC guys found that there was asbestos in and around the old furnace after it was removed. We called ERI and they got their team here in an hour and did the work to keep my family safe with enough time left for the new furnace to be installed that day! ERI did asbestos removal in our house as a subcontractor to an HVAC company, which is still in the process of re-doing our original ductwork, which needs replacing, as heat is escaping in the crawlspace and attic. The asbestos had to be removed first. I had a positive experience working with Melisa, the project manager, as well as the hard-working guys who cheerfully and efficiently removed the asbestos, which is a dirty and thankless job. They finished the job earlier than I expected, and did an excellent job of cleaning up after finishing their work.

ERI removed tiles with lead glaze around a bathtub that had water damage behind them. They covered everything, even a path down the hallway to the front door and wiped the cover clean before picking it up, then wiped everything beneath the cover. They protected the bathtub, which is black and not replaceable, and the floor, which is only one year old. We are very pleased with their work and their professional attitude.

The company put more workers on the job to get it done on the same day even though they began in the afternoon. I could tell the job was hard. They had to crawl under the house in 2 different places. I did not see any frustration, but if I had witnessed it, it would have been understandable. I interacted with all the workers and they were very personable and professional. They were very careful, considerate, and cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed.
