We were having our furnace replaced and the HVAC guys found that there was asbestos in and around the old furnace after it was removed. We called ERI and they got their team here in an hour and did the work to keep my family safe with enough time left for the new furnace to be installed that day! Melissa and the ERI team were fantastic!

The work seemed to have been performed efficiently by courteous people. The only trouble I have to report is the tape they used to seal the duct registers was too strongly adhesive and when Hometown AC removed it they tore flakes off our ceiling we had just newly redone.

ERI did asbestos removal in our house as a subcontractor to an HVAC company, which is still in the process of re-doing our original ductwork, which needs replacing, as heat is escaping in the crawlspace and attic. The asbestos had to be removed first. I had a positive experience working with Melisa, the project manager, as well as the hard-working guys who cheerfully and efficiently removed the asbestos, which is a dirty and thankless job. They finished the job earlier than I expected, and did an excellent job of cleaning up after finishing their work.

Completed all work on time and within budget. Not sure how to judge quality, since they take out stuff that you need a respirator to be around, but customer service was so smooth that it wasn't remarkable - they just showed and worked. That's what you hire a company like this to do, I suppose.

ERI Environmental Remedies Inc. workers were prompt. They began a job that takes one day to do, they were done in 3 hours with a job well done. The company put more workers on the job to get it done on the same day even though they began in the afternoon. I could tell the job was hard. They had to crawl under the house in 2 different places. I did not see any frustration, but if I had witnessed it, it would have been understandable. I interacted with all the workers and they were very personable and professional. They were very careful, considerate, and cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed.

ERI removed tiles with lead glaze around a bathtub that had water damage behind them. They covered everything, even a path down the hallway to the front door and wiped the cover clean before picking it up, then wiped everything beneath the cover. They protected the bathtub, which is black and not replaceable, and the floor, which is only one year old. We are very pleased with their work and their professional attitude.

This company did amazing work getting rid of the asbestos on my furnace! They were very efficient, cleaned up wonderfully after the job was done, and you wouldn’t of even known that they had been there! I highly recommend this company for asbestos removal

We had water damage from a clogged toilet above our unit. Bret V. was our project manager and he is THE best! He quickly forged a team together and they completed their work without much ado. They covered areas in paper/plastic so they would not get damaged. I would definitely use them again if the need arose. We are very appreciative.

The staff at ERI are professional and courteous. We had asbestos in our old 1927 flooring underlayment, and it had to come out in order to lay a new floor. ERI perfectly sealed off the room and handled the demolition and disposal according to state regulations. All our questions were answered in a timely, informed manner. On top of all that, they provided the most competitive pricing. Doesn't get better than this!

These are the professionals. Yes, they are expensive, asbestos is dangerous and they make sure their employees are protected as well as the customer. We have a water damage company and have referred them over 100 times and every customer we have had has been happy. Not an easy job, glad we have such a great resource.
